This project was a design build lease-back development for a purpose built 8,000m² high performance mast manufacturing facility and 1,200 m² of office/amenities area for Southern Spars. Also included the integrated design and construction of the tenant specific fitout works, specialist clean rooms, services, carbon dust extract systems and manufacturing areas.
