The tricky part lay in accessing the site, which had to be reached via a neighbouring high-end caryard, and then excavating foundations and installing the hefty steel pieces in a tightly confined space. As well, the team had to incorporate a number of bracing elements within Electrolux’s warehouse, which meant working around the company’s day-to-day operations.
