On this project Haydn & Rollett undertook the project management, design & construction of a new apartment complex comprising eight linked buildings, up to seven levels high over a full site basement carpark. The site covers and area of 1.8 Ha.

This was a negotiated contract for both project management services and design & build works with Metlifecare. Stage 4 of this project is currently under construction.

The scope of works includes

  • 246 apartments
  • 15 serviced apartments and 5 care suites
  • Communal facilities include restaurant, cafĂ©, lounge, swimming pool, gymnasium Bowling & Croquet green
  • Extensive landscaping to site and central podium courtyard
