The Cameron Road Student Accommodation project reflects a continuation of Reidy & Co and Haydn & Rollett’s long-standing track record in delivering purpose-built student accommodation, drawing on over 15 years of experience developed through major schemes in Auckland.

Located adjacent to the University of Waikato’s Selwyn Street campus, the project has been strategically positioned to support the University’s expansion in Tauranga and to help establish a connected accommodation precinct within the CBD. Recognising the growing demand for high-quality student accommodation, the development team worked closely with the University to structure and secure a long-term lease, providing certainty of income and aligning the asset with the University’s operational needs.

The project is being delivered as a joint venture between Haydn & Rollett, Reidy & Co and Ergon Properties, with full end-to-end management of the development process—from site acquisition and feasibility through to design coordination, procurement, and delivery.
