Nothing was left to chance in Waste Management’s impressive new corporate HQ, right down to the stair treads. Haydn & Rollett’s joinery division templated and glued up handsome macrocarpa treads for two sets of stairs in the reception area, part of a suite of projects the team completed at the Jasmax-designed building in 2019.
Other jobs included constructing a pair of freestanding water stations with stainless steel tops, cabinetry for the commercial kitchen, and a second-floor kitchenette. In the case of the kitchenette, black Melteca shelving and cabinetry was fitted into bespoke metalwork, while the formica bench tops were fabricated by Haydn & Rollett.
