This was Design & build construction project for Goodman and their tenant Toll Logistics Ltd over three stages. A Total of 36,000 sq.m of warehousing, including offices, large covered canopies, dangerous goods stores, dedicated charging areas for forklift batteries and concrete pavements. The warehouses also incorporate sophisticated security and stock control systems. This was part of many projects completed at the Savill Link site by Haydn & Rollett Construction.
