Built to serve as the headquarters for a busy health and beauty products distributor, this new facility at Hobsonville includes 1460m2 of warehousing and 660m2 of office space.

The warehouse side of the project was as expected, involving standard concrete tilt panels, steel portals and rafters. Where things get interesting is in the office area, which is split over two levels. The lower level is open, with the painted structure exposed for a semi-industrial look.

On both levels, the Haydn & Rollett joinery team has delivered some trademark high-quality work, including a bespoke kitchenette and tables, an impressive reception desk and some large glazed units for the client to display their wares.
