Quest Albany was a design and build project for Direct Property Fund. Haydn and Rollett worked together with DPF and Quest to define a building specification and design that met both the client’s budget and the tenants nationwide standards for their Quest Hotel brand.

The development included the construction and fitout of 3no. stand alone buildings including a 4 star plus hotel, library and restaurant bar facilities.
