The project involved the reclad of 20 terraced apartments.

Scope of works included:

• Erection of scaffold and shrink-wrap cover.
• Removal of existing fibre-cement cladding and roofing.
• Identification and remediation of all decayed timber work.
• Recladding with weatherboards and extending the roof to include eaves.
• Refurbishment of interiors and landscaping.
