The Project involved recladding, reroofing and refurbishments of 20 apartment within the Pinesong Village.

The project was carried out in three stages utilising scaffolding and shrink-wrap technology to weatherproof the buildings during the recladding process. The failed cladding system was replaced with a combination of  weatherboards and plaster façade system.

A key challenge was working in close proximity to residents within a completed and established village.
