This was Stage 1 of the redevelopment of Carlaw Park league grounds into a mixed use property covering the Hotel/Carpark Precinct and Commercial Precinct. The site covers an area of 2.9ha.

Tenants included Jacobs, Nestle, Datacraft, Department of Conservation, Accountants Society and Quest Hotel.

Scope of works includes:

• Hotel and Carparks, 5 level carpark building with 640 carparks, ground floor retail, 36 hotel rooms and 6 apartments.
• Commercial Offices, 4 levels totalling 12,000m2 to a Green Star rating of 4.
• Integrated fitout of a number of tenancies and all hotel and apartment units.
• Site wide infrastructure and landscaping.
