This two-stage project showcased how to approach building on a live site, characterised by careful planning, scheduling and excellent communication with the client, Blum. The first challenge was to extend the existing warehouse while allowing Blum to maintain its operations, including deliveries and pickups. The second stage included constructing a two-storey annex, complete with ground-floor bathrooms and storage, as well as an upstairs training room, kitchen and deck, dispatch office and mezzanine walkway.
