This warehouse build in Mangere is in fact a pair of warehouse/offices, with a larger 8200m2 primary structure at the front of the property and a second 5200m2 unit set at a higher elevation out the back. Both incorporate two storey offices, and are rated Greenstar 5, with water harvesting tanks, solar on the roof and other sustainability features.
The programme included constructing three large retaining walls, one running along the perimeter and two smaller walls to bridge the fall in height between the two buildings. The other notable aspect is the base fitout that Haydn & Rollett did on the offices, which incorporated some relatively highly spec'd features such as tiled floors and stone benchtops in the kitchenettes.
