Glance up at the ceiling of Property management company 151 Property’s new Viaduct Precinct office and you’ll see the ducting and exposed services that betray the space’s industrial origins. But at ground level, the vibe of the fitout is very much warm, homely and hospitable, with extensive use of natural timbers, soft finishes and plantings. Haydn & Rollett leaned into that theme when tackling the joinery for the kitchen and breakout space. There are no sharp edges here, and the banquet seating and bar-style eating area are finished in a restful capers green. Materials include Melteca, HPL and Caeser stone benchtops.
