With 36 years in the industry, Steve is tasked with managing our client’s & consultant design teams through the development feasibility, design and consenting phases of projects. He brings a wealth of relationship and project management experience to these key early phases. A background in construction management and project management, particularly on the client side has given Steve an empathetic understanding of different perspectives and competing requirements allowing him to find common ground between tenants, owners, developers, regulatory bodies and consultants. His incisive forward planning, time management and leadership in design and pre-construction have led to quality outcomes that successfully balance client requirements, financial constraints and aesthetic quality.
