With 27 years in the industry, Steve is tasked with managing the consultant design teams through Haydn & Rollett’s design + build projects. He brings key people and project management experience to this key early phase. A background in construction management and project management, particularly on the client side has given Steve an empathetic understanding of different perspectives allowing him to find common ground between tenants, developers, regulatory bodies and consultants. His incisive forward planning, time management and leadership in design-build have led to quality outcomes that successfully balance financial constraints and aesthetic quality.
