Overseeing the operational delivery of a number of projects, Richard has become known as a high-level problem solver. With a civil engineering background, he has successfully delivered complex and large infrastructure and commercial projects including the award-winning Carlaw Park development and a number of warehouses, built to tight programmes and under difficult logistical circumstances. With over 10 years at Haydn & Rollett, Richard’s focus has been on developing a strong, engaged onsite team that is able to foresee possible problems and then manage and mitigate those risks to keep projects on track.
