Overseeing the delivery of a number of projects, Richard has become known as a high-level problem solver. With a civil engineering background, he has successfully delivered complex and large infrastructure, residential and commercial projects including the award-winning Sistema Manufacturing Facility and 132 Halsey Street Projects, along with numerous other projects built to tight programmes and under difficult costs and logistical circumstances. With over 20 years at Haydn & Rollett, Richard’s focus has been on developing a strong, engaged project team that is able to foresee possible problems and then manage and mitigate those risks for Haydn & Rollett’s clients.
