Will Fairbairn joined Haydn & Rollett as a Client Project Manager in 2021, bringing with him more than 20 years experience of design management, procurement and construction delivery. A qualified engineer, he has led projects that run the gamut from billion dollar projects for the international hotel industry to social and affordable housing sector in this country. Will excels at managing projects with complex stakeholder groups, and has extensive experience in early contractor engagement and package management of sub-contractor trades. Along with a detail-orientated mindset and hands-on approach, Will has a demonstrated ability to think outside the box to drive successful outcomes for clients.
