This project is a new state of the art office to house a government tenant located at Auckland International Airport. The works consist of nearly 2000m2 of office space including integrated fitout over 2 levels, carparking and landscaping. The new office will be able to accommodate approximately 900 personnel by 2025.

The building has been built for AIAL and is leased back.
