Kim has 30 years’ experience in the construction, development and property industry. Made Managing Director of Haydn & Rollett in 2010, Kim joined the company as a senior project manager in 2004. Skilled at pulling teams together across different organisations, functions and levels, his background in engineering, project management and business creates a sound foundation for the business. He is also one of the founding directors of the Haydn & Rollett Property Fund, an unlisted Portfolio Investment Entity (P.I.E) fund. Over the past decade, Haydn & Rollett has developed into one of the few truly vertically integrated construction, development and property companies in New Zealand.
